1.what do you do and how did you get into it?

Architect (of sorts) I dont call myself one as I'm not qualified....but I do working drawings and job run circa £5m projects

2. Did you train to get in your current job?

Yep, four years and I will never stop learning. In fact I started learning the day i stopped 'learning'...anybody who has done higher education should agree with that.

3. Do you wish to progress through your current company, or do you want out?

I'm as high as I would like to get....any higher and I would be manging the likes of myself....cba with that....too much grief

4. Do you enjoy it?

I could quote Ian tbh...good days and bad. Good days are turning up on site and being 'top dog' and i answer to no one, holding the purse stings on millions of pounds can be a great feeling.

Downside is the shit lands on my desk (constantly)

The upside out weighs the downside (but only just)
