you need to be careful tho.

when i dinged a taxi he was trying to claim for all sorts of different things and i ended up having the investigators from norwhich union around my house asking questions

the taxi driver was a total cunt too so i told them everything and played down every fact so he didnt get jack shit

if its only a small bump they claimed resp[onsibilty, decent thing to do and your wanting ot claim for as much as possibile. No wonder insurance is so dear these days

im only claiming for genuine out of pocket expenses, could have taken a taxi to get my daughter to school but I walked instead.

as long as I get my genuine expenses paid and the car fixed to a high standard I am happy

good man dave. if only the world was full of people with this sort of attitude, insurance premiums may actually come down

theres too much of this "getting out of the car immediately after the accident holding your neck cos you think you got whiplash" bullshit going on
