For sum reason im under the impression that if i eat lots n lots of carbs, ill put size on but it will just be a layer of 'fat' over my muscles, so when i came to cut id be back to square one as we all know fat doesnt turn into muscle.

Therefore most of my meals are like chicken/Pork/Protien orientated and various tins of tuna throughout the day.

back in the 70s yeh, we aint Rocky anymore. Unless you want salmonela

I have 3 different shakers, none of mine stink. I wash them straight away and once a week i leave them soaking in hot water with washing up liquid.

i hardly think its back in the 70's speak to most body builders you will see they use egg whites

I speak to bodybuilders everyday thanks :-D none of which drink liquid egg whites like they used to. They have them in mornings for breakfast scrambled same as I do. But none of them drink it

Bulking is tough, you have to eat alot, and a hell of a lot of protein to so your still building muscle but also packing on size weight. You'll always gain weight, its expected and you will gain some fat, but you can cut it back later on. It takes alot of experience and effort/determination to do it properly, thats why alot of people fail at it.
I've just finished my bulking, been builking for a few months and i slacked in the middle to when i was ill so i put on more fat than i hoped for. I also gained size though, i've just started my cutting cycle but its only been this week i've started and i feel like shit! Going from eating above my BMR to eating below it = no energy at the moment! Feel shit and lothargic!

Carbs aren't bad, and won't make you put "fat" on. Taking in more calories than you burn will people have this misconception that carbs make you fat so go on these high protein, really low carb diets and then wonder why they feel like shit, make no progress and have no energy
Head over to muscletalk.co.uk and read some of the articles, good one somewhere on there about Carbs not being evil and explains why they are just as important
