Ordered some purple samco hoses about three years ago off them- was told they would take 6weeks to turn up but they arrived just over 2weeks after placing the order Nice one.

Also been down there to have a couple of bits and bobs done and Chris (the guy that owns it- not sure if he still does) was extremely helpful and genuinely nice guy. Also the lady (not sure if she's Chris's wife? Owns the white VX220 featured in TV a while ago) that works there was fabulous as well There was a mechanic however that works/worked there and I personally found him rude and patronising So apart from him I've had only good experiences with Regal

or doing things like not plugging your radiator in and fan in and when you take it back saying the cars running hot they say "well what do you expect its a big engine in a little car"

I wouldnt touch them with a barge pole again... but i believe the parts and stuff are ok ive had from them its just the work thats not
oh and the best one was my uprated fan ... checked the part number they charged me £120 for a standard £40 fan
