my 360s broken AGAIN.. 
 
got the three lights few months ago so sent it off to get it fixed.. now the lights are back so its off again....

Took it to argos, they would not accept it back (despite me arguing for 20 mins with her) 
 
I have to phone MS and wait 25 working days. F**k that.

Mine lasted just over a year (As in 3 days over) and died  . Still havent sent mine back, shall have to do that tomorrow   
 
Anyway, you get loads of shit free if you argue with them. 
 
Also, my mates 360 has lasted since launch, not a thing wrong with his, and he plays it all the time, everyday.

I'd argue that if should last more than 1 year & 3 days if it weren't defective from the start. A call to Argos customer services might work better than visiting the store 
 
In a store you can get angry & storm out, over the phone the people generally tend to be on your side a bit more, plus everyone is 10x braver on the phone than in person

tell them, they as the reseller hold the legal contract of sale up to 3 years and they are responsible for replacing it. Explain they should recoupe there costs from ms but in the meantime offer you a replacement
