As I'm new to Norwich Union I've been sent on a Customer Experience course, this deals with what the company does, its origins and deals with people connected to the company, Financial Advisors, customers and other companies etc.

Its being held at the Grange Hotel in town, its quite posh! We're in the Library & Drawing Room!

I'd been here 5 minutes when one of the women, who was Welsh, was telling those that were here about her cravings when pregnant. She said that she ate coal Everyone just looked at each other! She said she would nibble away at it and have coal all over her face! Apparentley she would go up the coal factory to get coal late at night She also said she craved cheese and banana pizzas, wtf!

Then a young lass, about 20 came in, she was hysterical and crying. She had just witnessed a bus knocking someone over in the street She got a coffee and the cup and saucer was rattling like mad!

A man servant ( eh!!! ) was bringing us posh coffee and biscuits all day, I had about 6 cups lol. Unfortunatley no buffet though!

I thought it would be rubbish at first but it was alright and quite a funny day, what with mental Welsh women and hearing gossip about certain other companies (CPP, supposed to be shit )

Wonder whats in store tomorrow

Day 2:

Had another 6 cups of coffee and 12 biscuits. I also tried a fruit tea - Yuk! Discussed the differant stages of your life and the differant products Norwich Union sell and which you would need for which art of your life. Also talked about the P2P, the review proces where you can get a pay rise or evan a promotion and what investments are available to customers etc. discussed mortgages blah blah.

Dinner time conversation mainly consisted of food LOL, and woman moaning that her car was blocked in and was ready to go mental

The guys team won, yay! So we got a box of Heroes which we shared, the gilrs got Celebrations.

Before I left I emptied the bowl of boiled sweets and took a bottle of still and a bottle of sparkling water Well its been paid for!
