not as a buyer but as a seller someone paid me £150 for something and i sent it off... couple of dayslater it came out my account as illegal funds... that fucked me off. 
 
know of loads of people who have had bad experiences with them buying and selling.

i only ever sell to confirmed addresses, and even then wait 7 days for the funds to properly clear before I send any items...

Paypal will give you the money if you don't receive it..Start a dispute and if he doesn't reply escalate it to a claim and they will put a date on it for you to get a refund. 
 
Just been through this with them..

paypal only give you the money back if they can take the money from the persons account, if hes emptied his account you have no chance unfortunetly.

thats crap, paypal will give you the money back then they will get there money back from the other person. even if they have no money in there account. theyre not gonna give up are they if theyve got no money in the account. even though its ebay there's still legalities.
