i changed banks like 2 weeks ago, closing one last week but none of the money has gone from that to my new one? how long does this normally take?

I think they say anythign up to around 2 weeks.
HSBC were rubbish trnasferring mine and tried to delay it by making me go in.

that sucks, im off on holiday in a week and half ,gonna be tight, what annoys me is the women in lloyds said it would be a quick transfer and wont have any problems, she was full of shit

I switched from FD to Lloyds, the amount of agro i had with it, i didn't have my money for about 2-3 weeks. I had to keep going in and sign loads of paperwork
If First Direct hadn't of introduced monthly fee's i'd have been happy. FD has such good service.

should only take 5 working days for a transfer. Anymore ring them up and cause some shite.

should have emptied the account in cash and then deposited it into the new account, saves the hassle
