About 80miles, on 10.2L(97.9p), in a 1.6 16v nova.
About 100 on the motorway.

If i give it some, it will go down a lot.

I get 100 to £10 in a XE GSi, aslong as I drive sensible its fine, better than the 1600 was.

My old 20XE engine used to drink fuel though, proberly depends on how well your engine is running as to why there are so many different answers on here, plus how heavy your right foot is.

Ive got VXR foot mats to keep the power down

100 miles is easy to get from a tenner. Works out around 40mpg. Book figures for astra GSI are 32, so 8 miles more is nothing.

Not hard to do. Just dont drive like your a race car driver.

its also 25% increase in econemy, motorway driving i would believe it but for genral day to day driving seems a bit to optomistic

(its actualy more than 25% as at 93.9 a litre thats 42mpg which is 31% up on book figures)
