I assume the prize draw was for the money been paid into the fund?

thought the draw had finished now as it was no where near the amount the monaro was worth so it was just going to be draw with the winner recieving the total amount raised so far with the option of paying the diff for the car

He had mailed about refunding everyone which sounds lovely until you work out that Paypal fees wouldn't be refunded if over a certainly number of days have elapsed and its a new transaction - which most of them would be.

Hence giving away some cash to some random. Shame, as all that money he took in would have offset the depreciation since the draw started!
