Comming into bluewater on a 50mph Carridge way, and theres a van sitting there with "Incident Control Unit" sitting on the side of the road, with a camera sticking out the top of it, facing the oncomming traffic

Gatso Van thing ?, or not, as there are no speed camera signs on the raod at all

cameras on top of the police vans are 95% of the time used to check for tax, rear windows normally used for cameras to check speed.

Shouldn't worry about it.

the vans used for checking tax etc say ANPR on them in big letters down the side.

Annoyingly the other halfs old man helped developed it
