I think it has something to do with the voice coils, they are awesome subs, probably the best.

But then again they are stupidly expensive and an amp to power it isn't going to be cheap, then a wiring kit with a 0 gague power cable is expensive then you should use a power cap and a yellow top battery, then there is no point having all that with a shit HU, then you need some top notch components to produce enough vocals to try and level with that amount of bass!!!!! Gets very very expensive.

Oh yeah, it's not cheap, i think you can get W7's for about £800 over here, but an amp to power it is £500+
