I bought somthing that never arrived, took over 2 weeks for seller to issue refund after telling me she'd send more etc
So todai i left neutral basically saying, item never recieved, took a while to sort, refund issued
Now the seller has left me neutral even though i paid as soon as i won the item
Im getting so annoyed with sellers waiting for you to leave them feedback in case you leave neutral/negative. Can anything be done?
I know you can ask negative to be removed but not sure about neutral, dont want to email ebay just yet as ill only get a standard responce that doesnt answer my question

just leave a reply stating what happened. About all you can do.
Not sure the person who left it can change it can they? If they can then email her and ask her why she left that.

I replied saying - Seller retalliation, took over 2 weeks to sort, missed my 21st bday
Im not too bothered because it is only neutral, but how immature

this happened to me, i waited forever for something i bought for my dad, and finally received it after asking for a refund, left neutral feedback saying how bad the seller was, so he did the same, leaving neutral that just said

Neutral feedback doesnt affect your overall feedback % anyway. Just forget about it.

Annoying but just leave a comment underneath their feedback..Doesn't affect your rating...i would be pissed off though.

not true, i was able to view it well after 90 days, i "had" the negative feedback to prove it too, i actually set a reminder on my phone after 90 days, so was defo over 90!
