if you are driving around whilst on business and you are only insured for Social, Domestic And Pleasure, can the insurance company you are with void your insurance?
i only ask as the bloke who wrote my corsa off and is denying liability (saying i was overtaking stationary cars even though it's a two lane road) was only insured for personal use and was actually on the job when he hit me.
my insurance is all up to date now, everything declared so i have no problem with mine incase some people start saying i was driving illegally when i wasn't as i paid for the extra stuff

Yes technically your insurance is void
Ask him to prove "you were on the job"
Wouldnt worry about it TBH
