have driven a few of these and they are really nice to drive.i don't think there grandad more sensible i reckon

Im sure you can get the saloon style in AWD too? Worked there years ago for 2 weeks. Got took in a V70 type R AWD. That was very fast. And the new S40 is a very nice looking car too IMO. And well built.

The newer shape S40s and V40s come in AWD if you get the T5, but not the older shape T4s IIRC.

S40 T4's never came in AWD only 2 wheel drive..

That thing would be a bloody handfull, rapid if you get traction...
Started as a lower base turbo model aswell...The 2.0T is slower than my 1.9 T4 due to different turbos used.
