My Bro has an Astra MK3 2ltr XEV running full Throttle Bodys decat 4-2-1 ect.

Now he wants to spend monye on the lot, a full turbo kit aswell is what he has in mind.

Now heres the tech part:

Just what would he need and to what extent would the engine need to be internaly modded in order to get over 400Bhp?

No expense spared.

If he needs it please feel free to name it...

Wouldn't it be easier, safer and cheaper to get a LET engine? Then tune it from there to achieve 400+ bhp

well its easyer yes but, lets are getting old and is it was to built from the ground up all the best things could be used, everything would be new.

the steeper valve angles also give the xev a better torque curve too and a more drivable engine
