Dick head.

I remember when our road flooded 2.5 - 3 foot about 3 years ago. Dad's Transit could just get through. A Focus estate managed to get through because they put a pipe from the exhaust, out to the sky, taped to the hatch lid, so it could get through. At night, I heard this revving, and an Audi A4 come flying through, with the water going over the bonnet. These was some smoke/steam and it just stopped and he had to get out. Idiot.
