For my own job

Those people who don't interview well are going to be put on 'at risk' list which means if teaching hours can't be found they're out the door

my mum has ad to do this, she is a team manager/specialist, they gave her the job though.
th attitude to take is as if youdo not have the job, I.E dont use examples as "i already do this, this and that"

Yeah there are a few people worried about it. I'm not too fussed as I think I can make a good case for myself but its still worrying. Not nice thing to have to do. Don't find out until next week either.

Ive got an interview in a week for my own job too Although its becauses im upgrading from a student post to a fully qualified post

What do you do btw if you dont mind me asking?

Web stuff Gavin although done a bit of Visual Basic as well this year.

They don't really monitor it but I'm not on here much anyway. I sometimes use it as a teaching resource so I kind of need to occasionally though.

I felt it went badly, but then I'm negative about things like that. Not a nice experience. Find out the result on Monday.

Don't be hard on yourself, i usually find that the interviews that seem to go badly work out best, and the good ones i don't get accepted
