Aaaanyway - did we ever get a answer as to what it's called so I can hunt for canvas prints to hang up?

I suppose everything that isn't pixel is vector...

All vector is is resolution indipendant graphics... meaning you can show it on any screen and no matter what resolution it's set to it should lose any quality... Also you can zoom into it and it won't lose qaulity or become pixelated.

Looking on the net however on google images, if you search for vector graphic then you get some really good ones up.
