i have jus bort a calibra 2.5 v6 for £100. full car. i hav a corsa 1.4 sri and was wondering how much of a ball ache is dropping the engine into the corsa? i believe i wud also have to have the chassis stengthen!! how do i go about doing this if i decide to do it?

need custom engine mount...
will have to mod rear manifold..

not sure of the rest, probably pretty much same as xe from there i would of thought

engine is mint. its my mates dads car. hes jus bought a bmw so hes gettin rid. runs sweet as a nut.

The einge will go in. Search for Beardy in the owners gallery. He has one. He said it was a ballache to do. The manifolds need to be custom made. Custom mounts as well.

They seem to always sell for less than xe's aswell there's something a bit wrong about that conversion done on the cheap imo.

If you use the engine cover, it will catch the indide of the bonnet. Have a look at beardys for marks where his has caught
