Not the easiest job in the world!
Would in not be just easier to cut lines out your wings?

i have four or five rear panels off tumble dryers which have louvres pressed into them, tis alot cheaper to get hold of and cut em out and weld into either bonnets or wings

I was merely saying you'll fuck it up as you do not sound too confident on doing it or sound bothered if you mess it up or not?
I'm the worst at anything like that, me and a mate had a bash with some filler and it did get messy, which is why i'd advise if your bothered about the finish get it done professionally.

im guessin the bit of the transport vente will have to cut to the same shape hole as the one cut out of the corsa wing, then shaped to fit the curves of teh corsa wing, then welded then grinded down the sand and filler then paint!

When Tom's mate Lee did one recently he joggled the edges then glued it down in position using some weldable sealent. He welded it in place and ground it back smooth. He then filled over it on the front and covered the back over with some chopped strand matting and resin.
