Im usually asleep by about 10:30 these days, and up at 6:50 to be at the swimming pool by 8 0, i managed to sleep for about an hour but spent the last hour trying to get back to sleep and I cant

I dont really like drinking alcohol that much any more Reading forums is making me more sleepy, im hoping ill just drift off again in a bit. I dont get why im not tired though, I was up at 8:30 this morning and went swimming twice, maybe it was the double espresso I had after the meal I had this evening with my mum and gran :S

I turned my light out at midnight, got woken up at 3 by the rain, think theres a prob with the roof cos for an hour there was this annoying loud tapping/knockin sound, I thought the water was gonna start coming through on me!
So got back to sleep gone 4 o clock, sooooo tired now (up at 5.45)
