Gave the manager me 30 days notice and either gonna have to pay it or just let them send letters to old address, cant be arsed ruining me credit rating even more so just gonna pay it, cunts, proper fumin

That is bollocks, all calls are recorded They are recorded for that sole reason that if anything had to be resolved, they can look into the file!

Those 3rd party companies are annoying as fook!
To be fair, you haven't handed your notice in so the contract will continue. They won't know about the calls other companies make
Calls might be recorded at the time, but it doesn't say how long they keep them for. Might only be a week
3 are in my good books at the moment. £70 of credit appeared on my bill when I upgraded. Fook knows where it came from

Hes trying to say that nothing was noted on there files that I no longer wanted a contract with 3 as of may, so therefore i wanted my contract to carry on, cancelled it as of 22nd July which means I have to pay £108 on 13th August (plus other charges that may occur within the next 30 days so ive been told) Cant be arsed goin on at them no more just gonna pay it. They dont listen to what you say or answer questions specifically, they wont actually agree to nothing as they no it may be a verbal agreement. So its like talking to a computer/brick wall

Thats the thing this call is on there system and one of the advisors said to me "my collegue rang you on 11th March" and I said youve just admitted it was a 3 employee that rang me in March and how else would it be on your computer and he wouldnt answer my Q directly

i am not 100% sure but if they have told you they is no recording of the 11th march call and you tell them you canceled the contract on that date, you might have a case ? customer is always right quote

Was on 3 once, they were absolute rubbish.
I was on pay as you go, then after 3 months a guy rang up saying that I had to make a payment, cos id gone over £60 
Didnt pay anyway

i always thought you had to send them a letter to cancel your contract and couldnt do it over the phone, and you have to send it the month b4 it finishs's.
i had a similar problem with talktalk broadband spent 3 hours on the phone then smasked the fecking thing up
