Headgaskets just gone on my M reg, im buying (hopefully) a 51 plate one ina couple of weeks, i really like them!

3 girls from work have the clios that are supposed to have the dodgy bonnets and none of them have ever had any problems!

the bonnet thing can be checked at any renault garage for nothing if the re-call is still active. i like clios and i thought about buying a 1.5 dci (work at renault so would get it cheap) as my corsa goes through fuel like nothin else.

I looked at a 1.5 dci on an 06 plate. I was impressed by how smooth and quiet it was compared to my 55 plate Corsa

Decided to hang on to the Corsa for a while though Saving to get an Audi A3 now.

i had one as a hire car for a few weeks, good handeling and breaks but slow.

Good little cars IMO, dont worry bout the bonnet, just put a bit of wd 40 on it.

Of the newer shape (not the totally new shape) I heard that the driving position was a bit odd?!

My best mates brother has a S-reg, which will be same shape as a V-reg. Seems ok, he doesn't have any bother. Quite nice interior, much better than the shape before (possibly Mk1?!).

There like a bumper car to drive.
my sister has a 1.2 there around 65bhp there not great when it comes to build quality hers is on about 40k cv joints have busted on both sides, central locking issues and the engine sounds like a tractor...My corsa sri 8v woops even tho is ten years older, 8v and on 107k

I personally hope to never own a french car

The 1.2 16v is quicker than a 1.2 16v Corsa C but slower than a 1.25 16v Fiesta.

Wish I could save up to get an Audi A3. They well look the business.

The reason I asked about the Clio's is because, my insurance company is fucking me around on my corsa 1.6 sport. They are telling me that the evidence I have given for 5 years no claim isnt legit (when it clearly is!), and they will back charge me and rape me with a price increase if I don't come up with more proof (:boggle.

I've looked around for a decent low milage, blue/black/silver corsa 1.2 16v sxi (or similar model) but haven't been succesful at all!

Driving position is one of the worst I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing.
