Why cant yanks admit that america just cannot produce decent sports cars, im reading an argument on the forza forums
quote: u prolly like ur little asian hotwheel toys that you call cars more than a real car huh? well dont be upset just because our cars can go 0-60 in 2 seconds and your little four-bangers cant keep up! mr. redlining at 135 in 6th gear. ill admit, drifting is fun, but asian cars are nothing but toys. life sized hot wheels!
Why do they think because they tune a 1960s heap to go to 60 fast that its the best car in the world?
Iv yet to see a decent sportscar come from america

yeah i agree i like them, for what they are, especially the rousche mustangs, but to come on gloating they are good just because you can tune them to 2 seconds to 60, they are shit everywhere else.
America is like the 3rd world of sports car production, they are that far behind.
Lol i might put that to them

TBF americans like to brag and think and argue everything they have is the best. its like this yank farmer i knew.... he was talking to me, and bragging that if he got in his car, it would take him a day to drive round the perimeter of his farm land......i said, yeah!? i had a car like that once

I don't know of any American car which can circumnavigate a corner with any amount of success.

The new vette was quite high up on the fastest car around the top gear track
American cars are very good at having big engines in terms of cc and low amounts of bhp
S7 is 7007cc with something like 423bhp...
There car's seem to suit thier roads well tho as there only straight lines on in block formation..

I think jap cars rule something like the skyline r34 z-tune offers a 2.8ltr engine with a reliable Ł500bhp at factory spec that would woop any factory spec American car...
I personally think its the choise of do you wish to go with technology or the idea of sticking a Low powered high torqued v8 engine with a 4 speed gearbox into a massive and heavy chassis and then adding some large stroke suspension and then calling it the 500 when it only has 250bhp
F*ck i hate american cars.............

All i like about american cars is the size and the stupidly big engines! lol that doesnt make them good tho! They think a good car is a car that nails the 'quarda mile' in 8 secs. They dont understand breaking sharply, cornering flat, grip, fuel consupmtion, emissions, stlye - nothing!
