I have found an orange advisory form from november 2006, orange forms are only handed out if the car passed to give the owner some advice on what may need changing in the future are they not?

no I can check my old corsa as all I use is the registration and the document reference number, thats the whole point in case you don't have the mot number you can then find out your mots using your v5 document reference number
