I can't believe people continue to bid for items before the auction is nearing its end. They're not only increasing the price for others but for themselves aswell! And if its someones mate doing it on the sellers behalf they're just going to put people off and go for a cheaper auction.

So annoying!

The shock is people don't have the common sense when it comes to bidding.

I always bid last 30 seconds with my max amount unless I am going out and I will bid early..

But I sell loads on ebay and there is nothing worse than loads of ppl watching and no one biding..Makes it more exciting i suppose the last min or so...

I normally put in a little bid to start with, just incase no-one else bothers (I did that yesterday and won something for the start price) then later on, up my bid if I need to.

At least that way it's easier to follow stuff in My eBay

makes no difference items still go for around the same value, doesnt matter if the value is reached days before the auction end or a few seconds before.

I was bidding on some rear lights the other day, went to Vauxhall and realised it was cheaper to buy new

They sold for £15 more than new ones and had a crack
