I bought a CD from a seller on ebay on the 29th, and it hasn't arrived yet. I've contacted the seller asking where it is, and they replied saying;

"hi, i've been off work with flu all week, will send today"

So I left it another 4/5 days, then still nothing, so I got in contact again, when I was told;

"The item was sent on the 29th, if it's not arrived, it must be a fault of the postal system. This is not my issue, I will, however, send a replacement FOC"

That was 5 days ago and STILL nothing.

WTF do I do?

It's only £6.32, but I'm the one out of pocket, not them.

The seller has 99.7% positive feedback (7483 feedback left) so they don't seem dodgy from that

Start a dispute through ebay. Do it right now as after 60 days after you bid it can all just be 'forgotten about'

paypal gives you only 45days to start a claim iirc

Found the e-mails, and sorted it.

I emailed him on the 6th and the 11th, so maybe I'm being a little hasty with it, although I think even 4 days is long enough to send a CD, let alone 17

start the claim, you can cancel it if you receive the item.
