Reminds me of my old 200sx! They are hard work powerful turboed RWDs, especially in the wet! Looks fun tho!

how did u get it switchable? Also did u notice any difference in the way it drives other than the fact it spins like mad in lower gears?

its just a fuse for the 4wd/ABS...
so wire in a switch across the fuse.
As you can maybe imagine... i havent tried powering out of any corners with it out of 4wd.... BUT the GTR is RWD UNTIL you need grip at the front!
If it detects slip in the rear it'll move torque to the fronts.
I also have a wee gizmo that alters the split to give more to the front for example

sounds like a good little set up youve got going, hopefully with better weather coming you can have a bit more fun with the rwd on all the time

na..... its much better/safer having it rwd all the time with the caveat of it saving yer ass from snaking down the road
It's a good option to warm the rear tyres for drag/sprint though
Would need a line lock to help with that really.

doesnt the calibra run perm 4x4 though and 2wd when its shagged?
not sure how its works....
but no.... it doesnt do damage on the 32. 33 and 34's are different though and you'd have to pull the shafts to run RWD
