I'm interested in going skiing this year. Never been before so i hope to break a leg or two 
Is there anywhere that you can go skiing at this time?
What kind of price am i looking at?
Chalets?
Flights?
Etc.
Any help

Southern Hemisphere season is just about to start, many resorts opening this weekend. Obviously means quite a long flight to somewhere like NewZealand etc but thats there is the most snow.
You could also try a glacier resort like Tignes in france which has snow all year round. Very limited runs but still good fun.
Your probably best waiting for next winter. Instead go to one of the indoor places over the next few months and learn to board. Then a) if you don't like it you have not wasted lots of money b) if you do like it you don't waste the first few days doing the basics

I went to a glacier resort a few years ago, my god it was fucking freezing!
I would recommend waiting and going later on in the year when the ski season starts up again

Glacier skiing is prettymuch all year. Try America but it will cost a bomb.

Did you go during the summer or the winter. During the summer the temps are normally not to bad there, often the sort where you don't need many layers at all
During the height of winter they can be a nightmare. Been to ValT & Tignes during the winter and when its cold it was not even worth the hastle to go to the glacier as it was so cold and the snow was no better than the rest of the mountain.

Flights from Easyjet. Get a good deal and pay fuck all.
Chalet. Rent one for the week, probably be about £400 odd depending on what you get.
Rental. ABout £100 for the week, depending on what gear you get.
Food. As expensive as you like. Chalets will be selfcatering, but there will be plenty of resturaunts. Lunch on the hill is expensive too. Budget £10 a day if you are doing it that way. Otherwise make yourself a packed lunch, it's what I do 
Lift pass is probably about £80-£150 for a week on a European resort.
Expensive, but worth it

I've been given the responsibility of booking it all, so it has to be a good holiday. Otherwise my friends might throw me off a mountain naked
