it kills me off even if i take the tablets!! I ahve had it past week non stop, really really bad!!

im fine durng the day have some tablets the doctor gave me but it kills me at night my eyes go really itchy from like 7 onwards. but i think im growing out of it because (touch wood) i havent bin as bad as past years.

my parents told me i've suffered with it since i was 2 so thats 23 years of torture as i get it really bad. last year i was taking tesco's own brand tablets and they were pretty good but they have done nothing for me this year.

i think it rises at night, (the pollen that is)

Ive had it bad so far this year. Have an inhailer due to it and onto my second refil already!

Benidryll Plus are the best tablets Ive had (tried enough in the past!)

You cant really get it until your about 5/6 as your immune system isnt developed enough to be allergic to the pollen.

Beconase nasal spray for me - works a treat though I haven't used it yet this year. Hayfever has come on but not too bad yet....

Tip if you get itchy eyes. Take a tissue/kitchen roll, get it damp but not dripping and hold it on the itchy eye. Leave it about 5 minutes and the itchyness goes away. Well works for me anyway

A bee keeper told me that local honey sorts hayfever out. So i tryed it and no problems. He said its coz the local bees have the local pollen, so by having honey you get used to it.
