yes that first vid is wastegate, turbo stall, its not a good thing i dont know why people do it, its worse for the car, and hinders the operation of the turbo

isnt it when the throttle body butterfly shuts, there is nowhere to vent the air, therefore building pressure against the turbo, making the fluttery noise.
