im pissed off right now so though id get it off my chest
sold a set of evo battery bars to some lad in aus, he bought 2 sets of me and tried to be smart by clicking uk postage which means he gets them for £2.50 when it clearly says "Will ship to Worldwide. Contact the seller for additional shipping costs and services."
so i sent him...... "hi, sorry but im going to have to refund you as the items postage you picked were meant for uk only, for worldwide shipment there was a notice to contact me for additional shipping costs! im sure you can imagine that 2 of these will cost a fair bit more than £2.50 to ship to australlia. if you pay an extra £5 to my paypal then i will pay any extra costs as it think it will cost me roughly £10 to ship out to you, if you just want a refund let me know il give you a couple of days to reply to me if i havent heard from you by then i will refund you, thanks"
so the cnut sent me the fiver over paypal and a msg "IN MY TRADE IF I QUOTE A PRICE ITS A FIXED PRICE, HOPE THEY LOOK NICE."
so i sent him... "just got your message on paypal which said IN MY TRADE IF I QUOTE A PRICE ITS A FIXED PRICE, HOPE THEY LOOK NICE.. now il say it again as you obviously didnt get what i said and i think your message was a little bit cheeky even after i explained n my previous message to you, if you read what it says on the item you just bought it says uk postage and packaging £2.50!! now click on country then show all available it says and i quote.. Will ship to Worldwide. Contact the seller for additional shipping costs and services.!! and to be honest if you did ask me a price for sending them to you i would have said at least £10 so i think im being pretty fair sending them to you for £7.50 , i hope you understand your mistake now but cheers though your message gave me a laugh, stu"
should i just refund him and tell him to stick the money up his arse as i think he will give me a negative feedback now anyway

Send him one set, fuck him. You will have evidence that you sent a package for if he disputes it. THen send him a message, "IN MY TRADE WE HAVE TO LEARN TO READ" Don't worry about 1 negative feedback, just reply to it on your feedback page, make it sound like he's a prick.
