yeh i got a verbal NIP but i also got a caution too - an ex traffic cop who knows me dad says theyre meant to caution you to make it legit or something?
i went to court but my paperwork came like 3 days before i was due and they cocked it up really.

rang them up today to make a complaint and got a sargent to ring back, rang back 3 hours later and tells me that there not proceeding to give me three points as the copper then realised once he left that he has got insufficient evidence, wat a load of F*CK i have had the shittest day for nuffin but thanks to evry1 for there help....

i got the same for sounding my horn....said i can get a section 59...ill be waiting for a letter and so on...nothing throught thepost yet...and its 3 months later

haha - i ws pulled over once for wheelspinning (didnt mean to is just very easy to do in the nova in the wet).
lights/siren. i pull over.
i get out he starts shouting etc etc being the bad cop, his partner is talking to my passenger being the good cop.
he says - you ever heard of a section 59? (i have lots of times  ) - i say no. always good to act dumb.
well he says - this section 59 warning lasts for 2 years bla bla i can have your car crushed without notice etc - what a load of bull.
then he goes, you better drive home, im tagging your vehicle and if we see it around town again, we'll take it off you. No way he can do that without me doing something - hour later, i pull up next to him at the lights with a little smile.
he didn't look happy 
sorry for the essay but police round here are all into macho macho on young drivers
