I got my car back on sunday night after having a rebuilt XE put in from a Astra Gsi. Only got chance to get pics tonight due to me working away all week.

Very happy with it. Love the power and Torque and it will keep me happy for now before i look at tuning it a bit. Engine was converted by a chap called Barry Evans, same chap who did Andy Sri 's ( Now Andy Gsi )old black psg styled corsa. Very happy with it and he will help with any problems ive got with it.

Enough ramling heres some pics of new engine and car.........











Unfortuanatly light was fading quickly when i took the pics and the car had not been washed. But i will update with better pics shortly as id like to be a CS feature car for June.

Also things i need to do before PV are:
Re paint damaged gsi arch piece & respray boot
fix small water leak on engine
check all the mounts and re-tighten all bolts
fit bonnet lifters and othe little goodies
clean engine bay & inside of bonnet
re furb rear wheels
clean, clay bar, polish and wax

+ anything else that arises all between now and saturday + im working away from home on tues and wednesday.

yeh i see what ya mean. il get it sorted in the near future unless i change to a new bumper.

corsa_tom tom - i wana keep it all yellow as it would look too much like the one that was in total vaux recently. i want to keep it a bit more individual

jamesvalver got that done as the reiger front bumper doesn't follow the same shape as the corsa bumper

the reiger bumper comes as an apron which you have to cut/trim to shape, i done mine like james v's else it looked really tight to the wheels

aaah i didnt know you had to cut it to shape. it will be in the body shop soon so il get them to round it off a bit
