a mate at work has purchased one - punto with 6 gears?

Is this right & what engine size would they be or come in?

1.2 or 1.6 iirc

Pretty sure they did a "selespeed" that was a CVT based system but with 7 "gears"!

they did a mk1, i think it was called punto speed 6

My mate has one, 1.4 16v, 6 Gears, but they also do a 1.2 "active sporting" with the same body kiy

Yeh 1.2 16v sporting, my mate has one. He bought pi springs and left it on the sporting dampers and its handles really good.

But he is selling it as he is picking a 2001 vectra 2.2 dti sri tonight

those 1.2 6 speeds are fairly nippy, my dad had one as a courtesy car and it went alright for a 1.2

They made a 1.2, 1.4 or a 1.8 HGT.. no 1.6 tho, and yes, 6-speed! Nice cars IMO
