long story short I have one, Thing is I always thought they came in a yellow plastic packet with FIXED PENALTY wrote on them, mine is just a peice of paper

yeah car make, modle reg, colour, date ect weve had fake ones before though by the police, its at college you see

TBH the college carpark is private property.. So whoever put the ticket there shouldnt have..

If you were in a college car park.....and not on double yellows etc. why would you get a ticket?

Well the car park gets chockker so everyone parks along the road, not had a problem in 3 years, Yeah every one else has them

Tickets from the police dont always come in a FIXED PENALTY plastic wallet - still valid!

our college puts HUGE orange stickers on your windscreen if you dont have a student parking permit on display and theyre impossible to get off, do you need a permit to park at college?
