Looks cheap and not too bad. I'd like to see the car in person first. Never know what is lurking on the passenger side

this is what i thought, its for my girlfriend,

ive been messaging the owner, he says its had a cambelt when the head gasket went, tbh i think 47k is a bit early for a head gasket to go. anyone had this problem with this low milage?

I've heard on this forum that the X14XE is common to have head gasket problems regardless of milage?
Mine went at 60k
