Yes, its gel kind of stuff.......
My mum & dad used to get them every summer, (not red ones just black!) she used to pour boiling water over them....The flying ants used to creep me out........used to use spray, powder, hot water, (and the gel)
For the past couple of years they havn't had as many, maybe after so many years we fianlly managed to kill them.....
We get this, proper annoying. Little black ants and last year flying ants which scared the shit out of me White power helps and power washing the path once a week during the summer. We just can't get rid of them!
