It's at the point where it's pretty much unusable which is a shame because I would like to use it to save having to give cunts like Dave my real email address.

I get alot of spam but if you turn spam off think i will miss some mail that is marked as spam which isn't really?

Because when people send spam out, they try email address's.. Most websites will have a "james" signed up

You need to set your account up first. It's not done by default when you go premium. You need to select the domain you want to use, etc.

I'm alright with a real name -- is it marking them as SPAM: or just missing them?

If so I've already been working on a "Junk Folder" system. Or you can set the purge setting in Premium Services and it'll just delete them.

mav: I only very occasionally see real mail marked as SPAM, and that said, it's normally crap someone has forwarded me anyway.
