If it is a sport its 90bhp standard as a few members have already said.
So if its healthy somewhere between 100-105 i would have thought.
Not overly quick but my old one use to sit with zetec-s fiestas.

If it was a 1.6 CVH then the good side of 120bhp isn't unachievable. They have cracking high flowing heads (albeit rattly mother fuckers if not looked after) that benefit from a high lift, long duration cam.
The 1.6 16v Zetec engine isn't worth a fuck. Cracking, reliable engines if you're happy with standard tune, but just don't bother taking a spanner to it. It's pointless.
