well, since she has been in the garage,

i have managed to

drill out pre-cat
cold airfeed to airbox and modified that
painted front calipers, need to do the rears yet.
and gave her a good long polish

here are some pics.









and finally, got her ready for bed .. lol aaaaahh

very nice actually,

its not really uncomfortuble as ppl say, but im usd to coilovers on the punto and that was worse than this..

there is no powersteering at all so manouvers can be testing on your patience.

reversing is tricky as you cant see alot out of the passenger window

but going forward is amazing!

luxuries.. lol, what are they?

no powersteering
no central locking
no electric windows
no electric seats

the only luxury you have is the leather seats. lol

and there are some vx's namley the turbos come with aircon.

you wouldnt beleive it but at 80mph, with the roof off its quite warm in the car.

oh, and the lights are not there becuase im replacing the radiator for a full ali one and i am not prepaired to put the whole clam back on to take it back off on tuesday

they say these cars are unpractical.. but.. there is i recon more boot space than a mr2, the only impractical thing about the car is the powersteering and the fact you have to be fairly flexible to get in with the roof off.
