Can anyone recommend an air filter to fit over bike TBs to fit in a tight gap to prevent the need for bulk head modification?

either chop it or run no filter...
probably better off chopping it out, so as not to starve the trumpets of air so to speak

Air flow will suffer slightly. The above manifold is only £99. Think it may come to some bulk head butchery after all.

If you cut very carefully, you might be able to have it welded back in and filled over at a later date.

on the pic above, you could gain more clearance using shorter silicon joiners between the manifold and TBs. then use 25mm trumpets and a filter like Dave A with the back plate welded to the trumpet mouth's

What filter does Dave have? Anyone know where you buy those ram air ones? I need trumpets as long as possible really for optimum performance.

I have one of these engines now.
Significantly smaller capacity though unfortunately and also missing some of the nice stuff in that pic.

I have those filters in stock mate, really really good for saving space. I use it to clear the bonnet as im using a 60mm long inlet manifold, 118mm long tb's and 90mm trumpets, just weld up the backplate to the underside of the bellmouth and gives plenty of clearance.
u2u me regarding a backplate, trumpets and filters, can do them at 25% off RRP.
