I have a few dents on the drivers wing of my car , where it looks like the prev owner of my car may have sat on the wing ?

Are the suction cups/dent pullers any good for this ?

i had one of those, bought it from machine mart n it was absolute shit. mayube the more expensive ones will be better. mines only cost about a tenner but never pulled out and of my dents.
