nice one mate, its fcuking shit when companies take you for a mug. Well done for moving on.
I was in the same situation so and I moved on and it was the best thing i'd done

Did your boss offer a pay rise or anything to keep you?

No, just said he expected it. I had been asking for a pay rise since October and he kept fobbing me off. The guy thats been made manager of Drawing Control said he would have a word with the CAD manager, but I won't be staying as they want me to do Enquiries, which is one of the main reasons for leaving.
