I know people whinge about ebay all the time, but I really don't know the answer to this one.
Basically, my g/f like a fool pays for all her items with a cheque. Most of the time we get the item and everything's fine.
But about 6 weeks ago she paid for 2 items and basically never received them.
Opened dispute things on both of them. One dispute is now closed, we won, but because it was paid by cheque there's nothing ebay can do apaprantly (which I can understand).
BUT, if I leave them bad feedback, which i definately want to, are they still allowed to leave feedback against us even tho we won the dispute?
OR if we do leave bad feedback, then they do the same, is there a feedback dispute area where I can have bad feedback withdrawn that has been left when it shouldn't have been...?
any help appreciaed

i opened a dispute, settled it by deciding not to carry on dealing with them, left negative feedback and then they left me neg which i understood they couldnt do

you could leave a neutral with some bad points... that way it doesnt could to there score !!!

as I understand it you can file a dispute to get negative feedback removed.

but isnt it only a mutual retracting of the feedback, meaning the guy you left it for would have his removed too
i dont think you can just get yours removed, although, if youve won a dispute it would be worth a try

you can leave a comment under his feedback if he leaves you negative. just say something to make him feel a right nob head.

i think if you've had a dispute (and won it) you can get their feedback removed... pretty sure of it.

Looks like i'll have to email them and see what they say.

The fact is, the item was paid for on the 26/03/07 anyway, so even IF i had received it then it'd still warrant negative IMO. But, in this case I still haven't received anything.
I've asked for proof of postage on several occasions, not only through messaging but from the dispute console.
They keep saying they have it but won't tell me it
