I doubt it. I just think they are meant for a different market like asia or something.

Im sure the tyres are still fine though

most likely not, but it just covers the companies backs if something were to happen and the cause would be the tyres, they would recall them now to save themselves having to pay possibly millions in compensation etc.

No, but if your MOT tester is sharp sighted, the car will fail.

Or if the police stop you and check them thoroughly.

Had MOT 2 weeks ago with them on and it was ok. I haven't checked to see if they are E marked or not. As long as they aren't going to explode on me or fall apart then thats ok.
