Have no idea what it was, or what the badge was. The car looked quite old, maybe 80's? Was quite square looking... I actually thought it was a Lancia Delta Integrale when I saw it coming towards me in my rear view mirror, but then quickly realised that it wasn't when I saw it had a bit of a boot on it. It had rectangular rear lights, and a twin exhaust poking through on both sides of the bumper (4 tailpipes).
