my insurance runs out august 2nd if i was to sell my car now what do u do about insurance ?do u tell them u havnt got the car but i want to keep it running so i get my years no claims. can u have your insurance running with no car onit??

yer just leave it runing till you get the full years ncb, then say ya dont want it renewing.

thats illegal isnt it, to insure something you dont own?? Insurance fraud anyone???

well not really as that will cancel it as theres then no car to insure.

if you are getting another car you transfer your policy to that car.

yeah a 1.6 sport but i cant get insured till mine runs out.thats why i want 2 keep the policy running with no car onit for the last 2 months

why can't you get insured on it? Just swap it over

just swap it they may want a few extra ££ but they will still insure you for it

Most companies sometimes say they can't give you a quote over the net, which means ring them.

I phoned norwich union today (im 19) for a quote on a 1600 sport, because its a performance car I have to be at least 21 to insure it lol

am 19 will be 20 wen i get 1 years no claims and the cheepest i found for a 16 sport was 1200
