Been using Reflex Instant Whey for the past year!
as seen here
http://monstersupplements.com/store/p/525/1/Reflex-Instant-Whey--5lb-90-Servings-+-FREE-SHAKER!.html
I have seen positive gains incorporating this into my diet
I have just finished my current tub.
Just looking to order some more and a mate has been using this stuff.

Should i stay with what I have been using?

good but expensive, imo boditronics express whey seems to be just as good.
from this thread Optimum 100%Whey is worth looking at aswell

I don't rate MaxiMuscle products, but that's just my opinion.
As said above, Optimum 100% Whey is a good product and actually tastes nice which is rare for a protein shake.

Thought i might as well stick to what i know.
Just gone a step further and made my own protein bars for when i feel I need to snack a little.
Handy for work too.
3 cups of oats
1/2 cup natural p.butter
1 1/2 cups semi skimmed milk
8 scoops reflex whey
Spead the mixture ina deep tray and cook for 20 mins gas mark 7
Gonna Experiment with this though, maybe too much carbs with 3 cups of oats.

I take USN protein with glutamine. It rocks but seems to cost a fortune and goes down fast
